Overview:

Large outdoor storage tank is equipped with cleaning system, stirrer system, lighting and viewing devices, thermometer and liquid level indicator.

Application:

It is applicable for large milk collection center, or for milk outdoor storage at large milk production plant; also used at other food and pharmacy factory for storage of liquid product.

Equipment characteristics:

1. With inner shell and outer cladding structure, PU insulated

2. Dimple jacket cooling design which is good for storage fresh milk

3. Special door design for workshop wall, convenient to get sample and easy operation

4. Volume range: 15,000L-120,000L (It can be customer design, for those 120T or bigger outdoor storage tank, we recommend to manufacture at site considering expensive transportation cost.)

5. Standard attachments: one air tight side manway; one side mounted agitator; one PT100 thermometer, temperature range 0~100℃;two CIP cleaning balls; one aseptic sample valve; anti-butterfly and dirt air vent; product inlet/outlet; cooling medium inlet/outlet; level sensor; ladder with circle protection and protection fence at tank top.
