Pre-filter

Pre-filter, as the first filtration of   the outside atmosphere into the air system, needs to remove a large amount of   dust, organic matter clusters, etc. It prevents the impact of large amounts   of impurities on subsequent precision components.

Oil and Water Removal System

The biggest pollution in the aseptic   air system is the pollutant brought by the air taken in by the air   compressor. The most and most difficult pollutants are water vapor and oil   mist. The high-efficiency and low cost aseptic air system not only removes   the graduals and also needs to remove the water and oil which is formed from   air compressor itself.

Steam Filter

During actual production, there is a   certain distance from the steam preparation workshop to the usage point, and impurities   such as rust and seal residue will enter the downstream with the steam. At   high temperature and high pressure, the impurities carried by steam can   easily break through the filter element. Therefore, the risks caused by these   impurities must be removed by effective and durable filtering methods.

Terilize Filter

Gas sterilization filtration is the   most important and core component of the sterile air system. First of all, it   is necessary to ensure the effectiveness of its filtering function and ensure   that 100% of bacteria can be filtered under dry and humid conditions. The   sterilization-grade filter element has high precision, and will relatively   generate certain resistance, which will lead to increased energy consumption.   Therefore, a reasonable configuration of the sterilization filter element is   required.
